Pierre Charron I was born about 1450. His occupation was a merchant furrier. His child was Pierre Charron II.

Charron, French: metonymic occupational name for a maker of carts, from OF charron cart (L carro, gen. carronis, a deriv. of carrum cart; cf. Carman).

Craig M. Sharrow of San Anselmo, CA has prepared a study of Pierre Charron's descendants. A PDF of this study is in my possession.
