She is at the time 38 years old, which would mean she is born c. 1892. She was born in New York, but both of her parents were born in Germany. She is a book-keeper at a garage. They were married roughly six years before. Someone who appears to be the same woman (a book-keeper born in New York c. 1892) appears in the 1940 census living in Buffalo. But this family is all surnamed George, and the parents are reported as born in New York, so this may not be a match.
