Francesca, a daughter of Carlo Luigi Ruffinu, is, I believe, one of the two Nule centenarian Ruffini described in the article from La Nuova on April 24, 1986: see right. (The other is her cousin "in secondo grado" Maria Antonia Ruffino.) The pictures of her gravesite, at right, were taken in Nule in 2007.
In May 2012 we located in the Sassari state archives records of a 1919 court case regarding a Francesca Ruffino I believe to be this woman, identified as a daughter of a Luigi. It is a proceeding against her husband Gavino Unalu.
