Kathleen is the daughter of Mary Margaret (Peggy) Neer and Edward Richard Reins Jr.. Kathleen was born May 28, 1966 in San Francisco, California at French Hospital. She is married Charles Andrew Manz III on May 20, 1989. Their children are Heather Jane Manz, [[Nicole Jessica Manz], Michelle Lynn Manz and Charles Andrew Manz IV.
