"Zia" was the daughter of Antonia Luigia Corrozu and Giomaria Camboni. She was born in 1909 and died on 30 Jan 1975 in Ozieri at age 66. She is the half-sister of Maria Teresa Meloni, whose children called her aunt ("Zia"). Giulio Laurenzo Ruffini visited her in the 1960s and 1970s, and Luigi Ruffini visited her in 1974 when his mother Maria Teresa returned to Ozieri. Giulio recalls Maria Teresa receiving a letter from relatives Ozieri informing them of Zia's death and their purchase of a cemetery spot for Zia (see right).
