Belle was the wife of Claude (Claud) Neer and mother of Agnes Neer. I like as a candidate the Belle I Neer who appears in the CDI, 1880-1941, born Indiana, dies Los Angeles, but no SSN given. Maiden name McClue.
Peggy remembers her being "a skinny little thing," but does not remember anything her beyond what her father said, about her belly-achin' ("Belly-achin' Belle") and complaining about everything.
Charlotte George appears to have still been in touch with Belle circa 1920, when she wrote her a postcard letter, trimmed but back in our possession, on the backside of a picture of Charlotte and Colbert.
But she does not appear in the 1930 census. (Two other items therein not her.)
Peggy reports that she is buried in Douglas AZ with Ida.
