Raymond was a son of Edward William Quinlan and Anna Monroe.
From the Quinlan Reunion album:
Raymond Francis Quinlan, Second child of Edward William and Anna Monroe was born November 15, 1911. He died January 25, 1983, Raymond, a life long bachelor, joined the Marines as a young man. During his time in the Marines he was diagnosed with diabetes and was honorably discharged. He was a quiet man and worked odd jobs around the shipyards of San Francisco. He loved the horse races and frequented the local race tracks often with a long time lady friend.
