Conrad Neer Senior was born about 1710, most likely in Germany, although some sources say Pennsylvania. He died about 1790 in Loudoun Virginia about age 80.
Conrad Neer Sr and Jr purchased 96 acres of land in Shelbourne Parish in Loudoun County, VA in 1787. There is a crossroad village of Neersville, 5 miles from Harpers Ferry.
