Nicole is the daughter of Kathleen Ann Reins and Charles Andrew Manz III. She was born January 30, 1991 in Las Vegas, Nevada at Valley Hospital. Nicole's family moved to Page, Arizona where she graduated from Page High School. After high school she moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She joined the United States Air Force as a Weather Specialist and graduated from basic training May 17, 2011. She married Chase Blumberg October 4, 2018.
